Huevos Rancheros - This was my staple breakfast before a test at school or a soccer match! Sunny-side up eggs on corn tortillas with frijoles refritos. Topped with tomatillo sauce and salsa roja, queso fresco, dab of guac and crema Mexicana. Chile roasted potatoes. $9
Torta de Longaniza - Baked egg casserole with fresh Longaniza sausage, sautéed cactus, jack cheese, frijoles refritos and red corn tortillas. Topped w/ queso asadero & salsa de chile rojo. $10
Huevos Sincronizadas - This versión is from Sanborn’s in Tiajuana. Fried eggs, ham and asadero cheese, stacked on tortillas and covered in Mole Poblano. Served with chile roasted potatoes. $9
Huitlacoche omelette - Mushrooms, roasted corn with Asadero cheese. Topped with Huitlacoche sauce “The Mexican Truffle” and crema Mexicana. Served with Chile roasted potatoes. $9
Desayuno Burrito - “El Gordo” is stuffed with chorizo, carne asada, carnitas, frijoles negros and eggs. Topped with queso fresco and Mole Negro. Served with chile roasted potatoes. $11
Huevos a la Veracruzana - A breakfast tostada topped with chipotle shrimp, two fried eggs, frijoles refritos, Queso Fresco and smothered in a lightly spicy tomato-jalapeno Veracruz sauce. Served with chile roasted potatoes. $12
Huevos a la Puebla - “Look, the Mexicans beat the French at Puebla… Eggs Benedict was originally called Huevos Alberto”. Two sunny-side eggs, toasted Chiabatta roll, frijoles refritos and grilled beef tenderloin, smothered in our “cheezy” version of Benedict sauce. Served with chile roasted potatoes. $14
Machacha meets Corned Beef Hash - Shredded, dried beef is a Mexican Breakfast tradition. We take our smoked, shredded Black Angus Brisket and red potatoes to make a classic “hash”. Topped with two fried eggs and a side of salsa asada. $10
Chilaquiles Rojos - The hang-over cure! A traditional Mexican dish of fried tortilla strips, simmered in red chile sauce with pulled chicken. Topped with diced onion, queso fresco, cilantro and crema. $10
Pan Francaise Frito - A Thick-cut Texas toast, buttermilk battered and flash-fried to a crispy brown. Topped with sliced bananas, Tamarind Agave syrup and fresh canela whipping cream. Served with a side of Applewood smoked bacon. $9
All baked goods are homemade in-house by Chinna Jenn’s Goodies. Spicy almonds, cinnamon-sugar almonds, caramel corn and much more. Please ask your server for details and a price list.
